Hello Donna and Bob,
I wanted to let you know that I am thoroughly impressed with Tricia and the tremendous dedication she shows her job and customers.
Back in 2012, I researched online and sent all kinds of request out to travel agents to help me plan my husband’s birthday trip to Bora Bora. She was so prompt, professional, knowledgeable,flexible, kind, etc. I knew she was the perfect person to help. For us, this is a lot of money to spend on a vacation so I was pretty indecisive. She helped me tremendously, and even sent me her own personal photos of the places to assure me we would get our money’s worth!
She did a great job and our trip went off without a hitch! I thought it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and she knocked my expectations out of the park.
So, flash forward to 2016 and we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to go once again – this time for our anniversary. I did not hesitate to reach out to Tricia -and only Tricia – to help again. And once again, she exceeded expectations. She remembered me right away and definitely appreciated that I was a repeat customer. She was all the things I mentioned and more but really went above and beyond this time.
I travel a lot for work so am not readily available for communication but she was so prompt in her correspondence/calls to me and patient when I could not always get back to her. She was very flexible and understanding as we tried different options. And when my husband put in some last minute requests and asked for an extension, she even worked on our day off for us. (And patiently waited all day as we didn’t get back to her until the final seconds… our fault.)
This kind of service should not go unrecognized so I wanted to ensure you knew what a valuable member of your team you have.
It has been a true pleasure working with her! Personally, I think she deserves a day off to make up for the one she lost for us! 🙂
