Good Morning Bob and Donna McMillen: I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Sharon Walters. She exceeded all my expectations and was absolutely delightful to work with. Planning a trip can be quite stressful, especially when you are the one responsible to organize it for your group. Sharon made it so easy and worry free. We did face some obstacles along the way- none of which were her fault and she immediately responded and corrected the problem. She organized a trip for us during the week of March 5-12 in Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at the Golden Parnassus Resort. To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement. We had a fabulous time and most importantly, as a trip should be it was stress free thanks to Sharon. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did- the constant calls ensuring we received all our travel itineraries, the constant calls with the hotels ensuring our accommodations were as we requested and checking the best airline fares at a moment,™s notice. I look forward to working with her again and just wanted you to know that she is an asset to your team. Please know that my sister will also be reaching out to her this week to arrange her travel destination wedding in Punta Cana. Approximate guests total- 30-40. This is all due to her positive attitude, her patience and expertise. I will continue to refer not only family but anyone who mentions to me that they are planning a trip.
